Why Clients Choose Sterling

A fiduciary, by law.

As an investment adviser, we owe our clients a fiduciary duty, and we don't receive economic benefits from third parties for the advice we give. Read our Fiduciary Oath (PDF).

The whole picture, not just a portfolio.

Investments, taxes, real estate, business interests, and estate considerations all affect one another. Our experience across finance, real estate, and business operations lets us see how the pieces fit.

Plan first, then invest.

We believe every client should have a comprehensive financial plan, and every investment decision should serve that plan.

Education over salesmanship.

We explain the why behind every recommendation, so you understand your wealth instead of just owning it.

Research done in-house.

Scott conducts all of the firm's research personally, using a proprietary analysis tool he built to evaluate markets and investments.

One point of contact.

You work directly with Scott, the person making the decisions, every time.
